User Obligations and Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with Hirobo’s platform or software.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Hirobo’s systems or networks.

Post or transmit harmful content, including malware, viruses, or offensive material.

Engage in any activity that disrupts the integrity or performance of Hirobo.

 

Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans: Hirobo offers a per-agent pricing model. Subscription fees are charged based on the number of AI agents you hire.

Billing Cycle: Fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.

Trial Period: Hirobo may offer a free trial period at its discretion.

Cancellations and Refunds:

No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including partial periods of use or unused services.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

 

Intellectual Property

Ownership: Hirobo retains all rights, titles, and interest in the platform, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

User Content: By uploading or creating content using Hirobo, you grant Hirobo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for service delivery and improvement purposes.

Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used by Hirobo without obligation or compensation.

Termination and Suspension

By Hirobo: Hirobo may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your payment is overdue or unauthorized.

By User: You may terminate your account at any time through your settings.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and any outstanding fees will remain due.

 

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Hirobo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Hirobo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Hirobo shall not be liable for: Loss of data, profits, or revenue, Indirect or incidental damages arising from service use.

Hirobo's total liability for any claims related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hirobo harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your breach of these Terms.

Your misuse of Hirobo’s services.
